We require at least 8 hours notice for class cancellations to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee. Special event bookings have a separate cancellation policy – please check when booking.

Mat Pilates uses body-weight and small props, while Reformer Pilates incorporates a spring-loaded machine that adds resistance and support. Both offer a dynamic and highly effective workout.
This depends on your personal goals! For general fitness, 2-3 times per week is a great start. If you’re looking for faster results or rehabilitation support 3-5 sessions may be beneficial.
We recommend comfortable, stretchy activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are encouraged for hygiene and stability, especially in reformer classes. These are also available for purchase in studio.
