Body Flow

Body Flow is a unique class combining elements of yoga, pilates, stretch and meditation to bring you a beautiful workout that will strengthen, lengthen and balance mind and body.

Barre

Barre combines elements of pilates and dance to create a dynamic full-body workout. This fusion of styles is the perfect class to sculpt and lengthen your muscles, and help you find your centre while keeping you on your toes.

Reformer Foundations

This class is the perfect entry into reformer classes if you’re new to equipment-based pilates workouts or looking to perfect your pilates practice in a safe and structured environment.

Reformer Flow

This full-body workout will move through uniquely designed strengthening moves and creative and effective stretches on the reformer to challenge and tone. Leave feeling refreshed and aligned to take on the rest of your day.

Reformer Strong

Expect a well-rounded, full-body pilates-inspired workout. Consisting of dynamic movements, pilates flows, and a mixture of stability and mobility with plenty of burn.

Stretch & Length

Beginning with a gentle dynamic stretch series and moving through balance posture and flexibility exercises, this class is the perfect thank you to your body, finishing with a calm moment of mindfulness

Tone

A conditioning and strengthening workout targeting areas of your body like never before. This is a moderate-intensity workout that incorporates elements of cardio, resistance and core training to deliver a workout for your entire body.

Power Pilates

Take your Pilates game to the next level, using light weights, rings and pilates balls you will feel the burn from head to toe in this dynamic workout. Peaks of cardio and high reps make this class fun and accessible to all levels with modifications made to suit your individual experience.
