This morning I attended my 3rd consecutive Yin yoga lesson at Squad. I am a complete newbie to this and at the first session I thought I will never bend my body like the gorgeous teacher does so naturally. Well I am adoring this one hour class and so wish I could do this daily. I am newly 70 years old and I want to say how delightful this studio is. Small, intimate, sooo calming and the teachers are amazing. Thankyou Nikki for all your help and encouragement. Please spoil yourselves - I am sure you will not look back. Namaste!

Finally a Pilates studio on the westernport side of the Peninsula! This studio is a lovely, calming space, and the mat pilates class give you a good sweat and the right amount of soreness the next day! Teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. Range of class times to suit different needs.

Nice relaxing studio with a great variety of classes on offer. Early morning class times are perfect for before work exercise. Trainers are knowledgeable and will work you according to your strengths. Easy booking system.

Body Flow

Body Flow is a unique class combining elements of yoga, pilates, stretch and meditation to bring you a beautiful workout that will strengthen, lengthen and balance mind and body.

Barre

Barre combines elements of pilates and dance to create a dynamic full-body workout. This fusion of styles is the perfect class to sculpt and lengthen your muscles, and help you find your centre while keeping you on your toes.

Reformer Foundations

This class is the perfect entry into reformer classes if you’re new to equipment-based pilates workouts or looking to perfect your pilates practice in a safe and structured environment.

Yoga - Vinyasa Fundamentals

Geared towards beginners, those returning to practice or those seeking to deepen their knowledge and fine-tune their practice. This style is a slowed-down flow so we can break down the fundamentals of the practice focus on breathing and enjoy the journey.

Reformer Flow

This full-body workout will move through uniquely designed strengthening moves and creative and effective stretches on the reformer to challenge and tone. Leave feeling refreshed and aligned to take on the rest of your day.

Yoga - Yin

Whether recovering from an injury or needing relief after a hard workout, this is the perfect healing practice for you. This 60-minute yin class will take you through therapeutic postures to release physical tension, soothe your body, and calm your mind. Bring on the bliss.

Reformer for Men

Just as the name implies, Men's Reformer is specifically designed for men. While guys are welcome in any class we run, this class is well-suited for those needing more mobility and flexibility focus.

Yoga - Vinyasa Flow

Challenge yourself through a dynamic series of postures that balance strength and flexibility. We maintain focus on alignment and awareness of the breath empowering you to feel like a Yoga Warrior.

Reformer Strong

Expect a well-rounded, full-body pilates-inspired workout. Consisting of dynamic movements, pilates flows, and a mixture of stability and mobility with plenty of burn.

Stretch & Length

Beginning with a gentle dynamic stretch series and moving through balance posture and flexibility exercises, this class is the perfect thank you to your body, finishing with a calm moment of mindfulness

Tone

A conditioning and strengthening workout targeting areas of your body like never before. This is a moderate-intensity workout that incorporates elements of cardio, resistance and core training to deliver a workout for your entire body.

Power Pilates

Take your Pilates game to the next level, using light weights, rings and pilates balls you will feel the burn from head to toe in this dynamic workout. Peaks of cardio and high reps make this class fun and accessible to all levels with modifications made to suit your individual experience.
